ONE ENGINEER · TAKING 1–2 ENGAGEMENTS / QUARTER

I build the AI system your team hasn't had time to build.

Agent pipelines, AI-powered support and chat, and the automation layer between your product and the models you're paying for. Scoped, built, and handed off — not a workshop, not a retainer you forget about.

What I build

Three kinds of work. All of it shipped, not advised.

If you need someone to sit in on strategy meetings, this isn't that. If you need something running in production in a few weeks, keep reading.

ORCHESTRATION

Agent pipelines & automation

Multi-step AI workflows that run without a human babysitting each step — queued jobs, sandboxed execution, audit trails, and clear handoffs between AI and your team when something needs a human call.

PRODUCT

AI chat & support systems

Chat and support tools that actually know your product — retrieval over your own docs and data, integrated into the channels your users already use, not a bolted-on widget.

ADVISORY

Technical AI review

A short, focused engagement to review what your team has already built or is about to build — architecture, security gaps in AI-generated code, and where you're over- or under-investing.

How an engagement runs

Three stages. You know where things stand at every point.

01 · Scoped

Scoping call

A short call to define what "done" looks like — the specific system, the constraints, and what you need to be able to run yourselves afterward. You get a fixed-scope proposal, not an open-ended retainer.

02 · Building

Build

Regular check-ins as the system takes shape, working directly in your codebase or infrastructure where possible. No black box — you see progress the whole way, not just at the end.

03 · Handed off

Handoff

Documentation your team can actually use, a walkthrough session, and a defined support window after launch. The goal is for your team to own it, not to need me back every month.

Proof of work

Systems I've built and run, not just diagrammed.

chat.babbleon.ai
Multi-language chat platform, live and complete in production. Retrieval-based conversation agents, messaging-app integration, and voice output, running on a real cloud stack I built and maintain end to end.
agent orchestrator
Queue-based build system for AI coding agents, working proof of concept — isolated sandboxes, an audited task queue, and governance rules that keep agent output inside defined guardrails. Runs jobs end to end today; not yet a packaged product.
Is this a fit

Good for some teams. Not built for others.

Good fit
  • You have a clear problem, not a vague "we should do something with AI"
  • You want something running, with your team able to maintain it after
  • Small team, no in-house ML or AI infrastructure depth yet
  • You can commit a scoped budget to a defined outcome
Not a fit
  • You want ongoing staff augmentation or a full-time hire
  • The ask is a strategy deck with no build attached
  • You need 24/7 coverage or same-week enterprise SLAs
  • The project needs a team of five, not one engineer
